Day 1 Cairo:
Welcome to Cairo! Or as the locals say in colloquial Arabic ‘ahlan wasahlan fi el-kaheira’. Your amazing holiday will start when you meet Bon voyage representative who will assist you through the airport’s checkout procedures. He will then escort you to your hotel, where your journey into the mysteries of Egypt begins.
Day 2 Cairo:
Explore the Great Pyramids of Giza, Cheops being one of the ancient Seven Wonders of the World. And then on to the spectacular Sphinx, which was built in 2620 BC. Enjoy a trip to the earliest pyramid which was built by ancient Egyptians, the step pyramid of Saqara. Also explore the ancient capital of Memphis, founded in 3100 BC during the first dynasty.
Day 3 Aswan:
Prepare yourself to travel through time as you take the airplane to fly to Aswan. On arrival at Aswan airport, you will be met, assisted, and transferred to your Nile cruise. After the check-in you will begin the enjoyable experience of having the sacred Nile as your home. After lunch the cruise will start with a relaxing felucca sail to the Elephantine Island. Enjoy dinner on board.
Day 4 Aswan/Kom Ombo/Edfu:
Sail to Edfu to explore the gigantic High Dam, the old Dam, and the magical and romantic temple of Philae out to see the unfinished Obelisk which gives us an insight into how the giant stones were carved. Back to the ship and sail to Kom Ombo to visit its famous temple Kom Ombo, uniquely dedicated to two gods: Sobek and Haroeris. Continue sailing and enjoy the serenity of the Nile.
Day 5 Edfu/Esna/Luxor:
In Edfu you will visit the stunningly preserved temple dedicated to the God Horus. Return to the boat for lunch. Sail to Luxor and enjoy the moonlight on board after dinner.
Day 6 Luxor/Hurghada:
You will feel part of history as you visit the impressive Valley of the Kings, the spectacular temple of Hatshepsut, as well as the gigantic Colossi of Memnon statues. Later, you will make an amazing switch to relax on an air-conditioned coach to Hurghada, where our representative will meet you at your hotel. After check in, you can now relax and enjoy your time at leisure. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 7 Hurghada:
Day free at leisure, but you must neither miss snorkelling to explore the treasures of the Red Sea nor shall you miss an opportunity to embark on a desert safari that will transport you to another dimension. If you feel hungry for more action then you will find a variety of water sports waiting for you.
Day 8 Hurghada/Cairo:
After breakfast, you will be escorted to Hurghada airport to fly back to Cairo. On arrival at Cairo airport, you will get the opportunity to visit the Egyptian museum that holds the world's greatest collection of Egypt's monuments, including Tutankhamun's elaborate sarcophagus, treasures buried with the pharaohs, and an optional visit to the mummies room. Overnight at the hotel in Cairo.
Day 9 Cairo:
Check-out and at the end of your memorable trip, Bon voyage representative will transfer you to Cairo airport for your final departure, with memories that will stay alive forever.
