Egypt has a rich and varied avifauna. More than 460 different species have been listed. This trip is a combination of visiting Egypt’s legendary temples and monuments of the ancient Pharaohs and watching the rich bird life of present time like the Nile Valley Sunbird, Painted Smipe, the Senegal Coucal, the African Pied Wagtail and Kittlitz Plover.
Across the Gulf of Suez, we shall be watching for the migrating birds. We shall be searching for species like Nile Valley Sunbird, Senegal Coucal, Painted Snipe, Kittlitz’s Plover and African Pied Wagtail. Other highlights of the tour will be visible bird migration across the northern Sinai Peninsula and the Gulf of Suez, we will see the seabirds and –at the same time- have the opportunity to enjoy the fabulous coral reefs of the
Tour Program:
Day 1: Arrival at Cairo Airport and transfer to the hotel.
Day 2: Excursion to the Great Pyramids of Gizeh and the Sphinx.
Day 3-5: Fly to Sharm El Sheikh. Where we shall watch the seabirds and the striking coral reefs.
Day 6: Transfer to Cairo, check in your hotel.
Day 7: Visit the legendary Egyptian Museum and the Coptic churches, monasteries and the thousand years old Khan El Khalili Bazaar.
Day 8: Transfer to the Airport where our personal will assist your check-into your flight back home.
